If you've been feeling stuck, uninspired, or disconnected from your creativity, this class will help.
Unbound is a 50-minute experience designed to soften the mind, release stagnation, and reconnect you with the part of you that creates naturally — without force, pressure, or overthinking.
We’ll begin with grounding to settle your nervous system and create space in the body. Then you’ll move into a spacious guided meditation that gently opens your creative channel — inviting in color, sensation, ideas, and intuitive flow. After meditation, a short journaling practice helps you capture insights, clarity, or creative sparks that surfaced.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, more open, and reconnected to the energy of creativity that’s always been inside you.
All experience welcome. Just bring a yoga mat, blanket, and journal.
