If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or stuck in survival mode, this class will help.
Restoring Your Nervous System is a 45-minute experience designed to bring your body out of stress and back into balance. A space to slow down, settle your breath, and reconnect with a deeper sense of safety within yourself.
We’ll begin with grounding to help your body land and release the buildup of tension you've been carrying. Breathwork guides you gently into regulation—softening the stress response, quieting the mind, and easing your system out of fight-or-flight. Then, a soothing guided meditation helps you expand into calm, replenishment, and steady inner peace.
Expect to feel lighter, more grounded, and supported from the inside out—your breath and body working together again.
