A Spring Ceremony for What Wants to Grow
As the season shifts, something within us begins to soften.
Spring is not about rushing forward or setting rigid goals.
It is about noticing what is quietly stirring beneath the surface.
Planting With Intention is a 90-minute ceremonial experience designed to help you release what has completed, reconnect with your inner clarity, and consciously choose what you are ready to nurture in this next season.
Through guided breathwork, meditation, reflective journaling, and a symbolic planting ritual, we will create space for what wants to bloom gently, intentionally, and in alignment with your nervous system.
