In a noisy world and with a busy mind, inner peace is still possible.
Join us for a grounding 50-minute class to explore the power of mindful presence — even in the middle of movement and noise. Through focused meditation, and a mindfulness exercise, we’ll practice finding stillness within, rather than waiting for the world to quiet down.
